- Bug fixed: Problem with the Navigate method in Microsoft Internet Explorer version 6.0 with SP1.
- Bug fixed: Problem with the selection within a several cells of the table.
- Bug fixed: The toggle state of the button "Create Link" from the toolbar is "enabled" not only when selected "Text" or "Control" (image,table, etc.) but also when current selection is "None".
- Added "Browse" button within the HyperLink dialog box. You can use "Browse" button to check your computer and intentionally specify a file to be related to tha hyperlink specify the path, and full file name (including extension).

- Added "LinkBrowseEnable" property that allow to sets or retrieves a Boolean value indicating if you can use the "Browse" button within the HyperLink dialog. Default value of "LinkBrowseEnabled" property is True and then the "Browse" button is enabled/visible in HyperLink dialog.
- Bug fixed: White space refers to characters in an HTML document, such as nbsp, that is "invisible" when represented in a HTML editor like HTMLXpress editor or an application like Microsoft Internet Explorer,but the Spell Checker reproduce them as a wrong word.
- Bug fixed: Applications written in Delphi or Hypertext Markup Language Application (HTA) development environments using HTMLXpress ActiveX control might stop responding when closing in some Windows 98 systems. - New and improved help system included in HTMLXpress installation.
- Generated type library HTMLXpress.tlb for our HTMLXpress ActiveX component containing information about its interfaces. In some host applications (such as Delphi), type libraries are necessary to enable events for the component,while in other host applications, type libraries are optional.
The type library HTMLXpress.tlb included in the setup program (HTMLXpress.exe). For more information see FAQ.
- Added Print function that allows printing the current document.
- The setup program (HTMLXpress.exe) will take care of the installation and registration of HTMLXpress.ocx as well as Objsafe.tlb onto the client's computer. This allows users to integrate HTMLXpress control in other applications (VBasic, Delphi, etc.)
- Added contextual menu for the current document, including Copy, Paste, View Source, Insert Image, Insert Link, Insert Table actions.
- Bug fixed: Image Preview dimensions (width/height) in the Picture Dialog Box now refresh properly.
- Added Find and Replace function in HTML Source dialog box.

- Bug fixed: Paste as Plain text gives errors when currently selected range is not text range.
- All toolbar buttons are now allowed in both (full and demo) versions. The differences between Demo ActiveX control and the Release version of the HTMLXpress ActiveX control are only within some read/write properties and methods of the control.
- Added Toggle State of the toolbar buttons. This visualizes whether the current selection supports the button command (enabled/disabled pressed/not pressed).
- Improved Hyperlink Dialog Box. The new dialog box allows user to type or modify the name of the target file and the protocol, create bookmark and anchors.
- Added Preview In the Picture dialog box that displays selected image and its dimensions.
- Insert Table Action can now replace selection the selected range no matter whether it is text or element.
